Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment of the deposit or the full amount of your booking implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
To confirm the booking (when made more than 14 days in advance), a payment of 30% of the total amount of the stay is required. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same payment method 14 days before arrival.
If you book less than 14 days before your arrival, you must pay the full amount (100%) to confirm your booking.
You may cancel with a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 14 days before the arrival date.
House Rules
The registered guest is responsible for:
Any visitor and their behaviour while on the premises.
Ensuring that all guests and visitors are aware of the booking’s terms and conditions.
The property and its contents during the entire stay, and will be liable for any breakages or damages caused by any guest or visitor, whether or not the registered guest is present when the damage occurs.
The number of guests staying in the property must not exceed the number specified in the booking details. No exceptions unless we provide written approval for additional guests. At our discretion, additional costs may apply for any extra guest found on the property during your stay.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
Parties are not allowed.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in and check-out instructions will be included in the information sent to you after payment is received. Standard check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Valuables
Make sure your valuables are secured, as MYHOMEINTOLEDO is not responsible for the loss or damage of guests’ personal belongings. Any valuable items left on the property are your responsibility. The landlord is not liable for their loss. There is no safe available; the guest must properly lock the house when it is unattended. There is no alarm system.
